+40 days from Ash Wednesday to Holy Thursday not counting the Sundays!

++A time to repent (feel sorry) for sin and seek God's peace 

+++Many people give up something for Lent similar to Jesus giving up His life. I've suggested we add on study of the Bible, service to others, prayer or the like. 

++++Theme: We are saved by grace (Sola Gratia), through Faith (Sola Fide) as told to us only in the Bible/Scripture (Sola Scriptura) centered only in Jesus Christ (Sola Christus) all to the glory of God!! (Sola Deo Gloria).

TOP 3 THINGS TO KNOW FOR THIS WEEK OF MARCH 10:

1) Wednesday night Lenten Soup Supper at 6, Service at 7 at Faith, Avon.

2) Fund raising continues for monetary donations to support Wheeler Elementary.

We will pass on the blessings to needy families at the school March 19,

just before Spring break.

3) Bob Holtman's 90th birthday party reception at church Sunday, March 23, 2-4.
